Service Content and Scope
03vpn provides network acceleration and node subscription services through international routes. Nodes cover 90+ countries / 200+ routes and support Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The available regions, route types, and connection methods are determined by the information shown in the user panel at the time.
The service is intended to improve cross-border connections and connection conditions when accessing international websites. It does not operate the websites or applications visited by users. Regional policies, account rules, content licensing, and feature changes for those services are determined by their respective operators. 03vpn cannot grant access permission or promise continued availability on their behalf.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials, subscription information, and user panel content, and are responsible for activity conducted under their accounts. Accounts, subscription links, and plan benefits may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or provided for shared use by others.
A single account supports simultaneous access on an unlimited number of devices. This policy only describes the device limit and does not permit reselling the service in portions or sharing it among unrelated users. Unusual distribution, bulk resale, or activity that clearly affects normal route operation may result in restrictions, suspension, or termination.
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and the price difference for an upgrade is calculated according to the remaining days. Traffic packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and price before payment.
Compliant Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and where the service is used, as well as the usage rules of the websites, applications, and platforms they access. Users must not use the service for illegal activity, infringe the lawful rights of others, distribute malicious programs, launch network attacks, disrupt system operations, or access another party’s systems or data without authorization.
Users must not use the service through automated abuse, malicious route consumption, infrastructure damage, or avoidance of normal billing. Complaints, penalties, losses, or disputes caused by a user’s conduct are the responsibility of that user under applicable law.
Service Availability and Liability Limits
Route performance may be affected by the user’s local network, carrier routing, device configuration, target service policies, regional network conditions, and maintenance schedules. 03vpn may adjust nodes, routes, and connection solutions based on operating conditions, but does not guarantee that any route will maintain the same performance in every location, on every device, or under every network environment.
The service may experience brief unavailability, speed changes, or connection switching due to scheduled maintenance, temporary faults, upstream network changes, target service adjustments, public network interruptions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Users should choose routes according to their actual access targets and confirm the connection status before important operations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 03vpn is not responsible for the content or policy changes of target websites, actions taken against accounts, or losses caused by a user’s own configuration. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to Terms and Account Termination
If a user violates these terms, uses the service unlawfully, resells or shares it, maliciously consumes resources, endangers service infrastructure, interferes with other users’ normal access, or avoids payment, 03vpn may restrict relevant features, suspend service, or terminate the account according to the impact. To verify unusual activity, the service may ask users to submit necessary information through the user panel.
These terms may be updated as the service scope, operating rules, or applicable requirements change. Updated content will be published on this page, with the month of the last update at the top serving as the reference. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms; users who do not accept them must stop using the service.
Payment and Refund Terms
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before payment, users should confirm the selected plan, traffic allowance, and account information. If a user selects the wrong plan or repeats an operation and has questions, they should stop making further payments and submit the relevant payment record through a user panel ticket for verification.
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through a user panel ticket with enough information to verify the relevant order. Refunds are processed according to the original order record; the payment channel is responsible for its own settlement and display of funds received.
