Create an account and open the user panel
Handle the account first; do not install a client yet. Open the account creation page, choose a memorable username that you do not reuse on other websites, set a password, and submit the form. 03vpn does not require an email address for account creation. Your username and password are the credentials you will use to access the user panel, view plans, and retrieve your subscription. After submission, the page should open the account area. If it remains on the login screen, sign in with the username and password you just saved.
After entering the panel, first confirm that the account overview, plan details, and client download entry load correctly. There is no need to adjust routes yet, and you should not copy configurations from other sources. The correct next step for a new account is to open the plans section and place an order based on your actual usage. Keeping each stage separate makes it easier to distinguish login, payment, and client import issues.
Store your username and password in a trusted password manager. Because account creation does not depend on an email address, forgotten credentials cannot be recovered by email, so confirm that the saved details are readable and usable before leaving the account creation page. A subscription link and login password serve different purposes: the password opens the panel, while the subscription link delivers routes to the client. Neither should be shared publicly.
Choose a plan and place your order
Once the account opens normally, go to the plans page. Monthly subscriptions reset their data allowance each month on the activation date. The available tiers are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Estimate your usual usage first: web browsing, text-based tools, and light work can start with a lower allowance; frequent streaming, larger sync tasks, or shared use across several devices call for more headroom. Every tier supports unlimited devices online at the same time, but all devices still draw from the same account allowance.
If your usage period varies, choose a data package that remains valid until used and never expires: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Monthly subscriptions and data packages are measured differently, so check the product name, allowance, and price before ordering instead of comparing the total price alone. When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Use the panel to upgrade rather than creating another account.
After choosing a tier, select its Start Using option to open the order confirmation page. Payment is available through Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. After payment, return to the user panel and wait for the account overview to show the active subscription information before continuing. If the payment page completed but the panel has not updated, do not place the order again repeatedly; refresh the overview and check the order history first. The service offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund, subject to the terms of service.
Get your subscription from the user panel
Once the order is active, return to the account overview. Find the subscription information section and use its copy button to retrieve the subscription link. This is not an ordinary website address; it is the credential a client uses to read the route list. After import, the client uses it to obtain the routes available to the current account. Use the panel button to copy the link. Do not truncate it manually or add spaces before or after it.
To illustrate the link structure, the guide may show the clearly fictional value below. It cannot connect to 03vpn and must not be used as a real subscription:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
Obtain real links only from your own user panel. Do not paste them into public webpages, public documents, or untrusted online conversion tools, because anyone holding the link may be able to read route information associated with the account. If you suspect that a link has been exposed, stop sharing it and manage the account subscription through the user panel. For detailed coverage of subscription updates, exposed-link handling, and developer environment configuration, read the in-depth guide to AI access and network configuration. This page focuses only on the steps required for the first connection.
After copying the link, keep the user panel open. The next stage is to open the client download area and choose the platform for your current device. Downloading the client and importing the subscription are separate actions: get the 03vpn client first, then import the link you copied. The marketing page does not provide direct links to static installers, so do not look for same-name files on unknown pages.
Import into desktop and mobile clients
Open the client download area in the user panel and choose the 03vpn client for your operating system. Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Linux are supported. This section covers the import entry points on common platforms. Menu labels may vary slightly by version, but the workflow is the same: open the client, add the subscription, paste the link, update it, and confirm that the route list appears. Do not edit the subscription content before importing it.
Windows
Download the Windows version of the 03vpn client from the user panel and install it on your system. On first launch, look for “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Add Subscription” in the main screen or side menu, then choose the link import option. Paste the complete subscription link copied from the account overview into the address field, give the configuration a recognizable name, and save it.
Run an update after saving. When the client displays a list of regions or routes, the subscription has been loaded. Choose a route matching your destination region before connecting. If the list is empty, copy the link again and check for extra spaces; do not repeatedly install multiple clients.
macOS
Choose the macOS version of the 03vpn client from the user panel. On first launch after installation, macOS may ask you to approve network-related permissions. Follow the system prompts, then return to the client’s main screen. Open subscription or configuration management, choose the link-based add option, paste the complete subscription address, save it, and update.
After the routes appear, keep the default settings for the first connection. The client status is usually visible in the macOS menu bar, where you can also switch routes quickly. If the connection button is available but the target website still does not load, disconnect and choose another route for the target region. See the in-depth guide for detailed system permission, developer tool, and command-line configuration.
Android
Get the Android version of the 03vpn client through the user panel. In the app, open subscription management, tap the add option, and choose import from link. Some interfaces place this option in the upper-right menu of the configuration page. Paste the subscription link, save it, then tap update or refresh and wait for the route names to load completely.
When making the first connection, Android displays a system authorization prompt for the network connection. Confirm it and return to the client. Choose a route and enable the connection; once the status shows connected, open the target app. If you switch local network environments, confirm that the client is still connected. Do not assume the route is working simply because the app remains in the background.
iOS
Open the iOS client access entry from the user panel and follow the page instructions to open the appropriate client. In the app, look for “Add Subscription,” “Remote Configuration,” or “Import from Link,” then paste in the subscription link from the panel. Save it and run an update manually. Confirm that the route list has loaded rather than seeing only an empty configuration name.
On the first connection, iOS asks you to approve network configuration permissions. Complete the system authorization, return to the client, select a route, and turn on the connection switch. Once the connection indicator appears at the top, open a browser or target app to verify it. For later route updates, update the same subscription entry instead of creating multiple identical entries.
Connect to a route and verify the connection
After a successful subscription import, the client displays selectable regions and routes. Choose a region that matches your destination rather than judging by the route name alone. For content with region-based availability, the destination region should match the selected exit region; for everyday international access, start with a nearby route that performs consistently. 03vpn covers 90+ countries and 200+ routes. When there are many options, change only one factor at a time so you can tell whether an issue comes from the local network, destination region, or current route.
After clicking Connect, wait until the client clearly shows Connected before opening a new target page. Do not rely only on refreshing a long-open tab, since browser cache and an existing session may preserve an earlier region result. Keep verification simple: confirm that an ordinary webpage loads first, then open the website or app you actually need. If ordinary pages work but a specific service does not, switch to a route matching that service’s regional requirements instead of reinstalling the client.
If the connection does not respond, disconnect the current route and confirm that the local network itself can open common pages. Then return to the client, update the subscription, and try another route. If the client has no routes at all, revisit the “Get the Subscription” and “Import into a Client” steps. If routes are present but none can connect, check system permissions and the local network environment. Following this order avoids changing several settings at once and losing track of what fixed the issue.
After verification, repeat the “get the client—import the same account subscription—verify the connection” workflow on other devices. The service supports unlimited devices online at the same time, but each device should store subscription information in a trusted environment. For AI Tools region detection, persistent connections, streaming output, developer command-line use, or IDE plugin configuration, open the AI access guide; these topics are outside this page’s first-connection workflow.
